It has been nearly a year since Longview lost a pizza staple, Bruno’s Pizza. There is good news: the pizza legacy of the building at 1108 Washington Way will live on. Hometown Pizza in Rainier has announced they are opening a new location there.

The new location, known as “Timber Mill Pizza,” is currently under construction. The owners said in a video posted this week that they want to respect the 4-decade history that Bruno’s had with the community. The new restaurant will be opening in November.
