(Longview) — This summer the Lower Columbia School Gardens ran a successful Matching Campaign. The goal was to raise $25,000, with the Health Care Foundation matching every dollar donation.

People from all over the community donated amounts of all sizes, and met the goal. This money will go toward maintaining and growing the elementary and middle school gardens in Kelso and Longview, and sharing the bounty with the community in programs like the free farm stands.
