Thousands of movie fans will make the trek to Astoria the first weekend in June to celebrate the 40th anniversary of The Goonies. This week, a new exhibit opens at the Clatsop County Museum in Astoria, featuring behind-the-scenes photos and some movie props. Chelsea Vaughn with the museum says that some of the items are fan recreations, while others are original.
Expect an announcement soon regarding visits by Goonies cast members during that first weekend in June.
