Expect delays on I-5 today between Kelso and Castle Rock. The Washington State Department of Transportation says crews are cleaning catch basins between Exit 36 at Tennant Way and Exit 46 at Headquarters Road. The work will close the far left lane in both directions from 7:30 this morning until 2:30 this afternoon. Catch basins collect rainwater and help prevent pooling on the roadway.
