Last evening, fire crews were on the scene of a fire at a residence off of Dorothy Street in Longview.

The flames were first reported around 6:50 p.m. at the 1700 block of Dorothy Street near Kellogg Park. Smoke could reportedly be seen coming out of the eaves of the small, single-story residence’s roof. Within 10 minutes, fire personnel had the fire extinguished.

Its cause has not been reported.
