March 28, 2025Two suspects were arrested on firearms and drug charges in Castle Rock yesterday morning. As reported by Corporal Jeff Gann, officers responded to the area of Mallory Street NE and Fowler Lane NE (right next to the dike) around 8:30am for a report of an occupied suspicious vehicle.
Probable cause arose, and a juvenile male was arrested for possession of drugs, and making false statements to police. He was later turned over to a parent.
Also at the scene, Edin Fallon, 23, of Castle Rock was found to be on Washington State Department of Corrections (WSDOC) supervision. WSDOC officers responded, and reportedly found her to be in possession of a stolen firearm. With her under WSDOC supervision, Gann noted it’s illegal for her to even have a firearm. Fallon was taken into custody and booked into the Cowlitz County Jail on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a stolen firearm, as well as additional WSDOC violations.
