March 20, 2025A transient man may have picked the wrong homeowner last evening; a home break-in resulted in him having a gun pointed at him.
At around 8:55 p.m., Longview Police Officers responded to the 1600 block of 20th Avenue in Longview’s Old West Side after a reported break-in. A female at the home confronted the man while armed, and he reportedly fled toward Lower Columbia College.
Officers searched for just over 30 minutes before taking 27-year-old Adin Daily into custody for Residential Burglary and possession of a Controlled Substance.
