The Vancouver Police Department has made an arrest in a shooting on Sunday evening that left a man seriously injured.

Officers responded to the shooting just east of the Vancouver Mall and reported that they found a victim shot multiple times.

Police were later able to identify the suspect as Misael Dominguez-Naillon and arrest him at his home, not far from where the shooting took place. During a search of his home, officers found multiple firearms, including the suspected handgun used in the shooting. He has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.
