There will be some road delays around the county later this week as the summer roadwork season starts to heat up.

Tomorrow, crews will continue chip-sealing work in the area of Kalama River Road north of Kalama. On Monday, crews plan to continue that work in the same area before moving to Woolford Road.

Lakeside Industries will also resume asphalt pavement overlay work tomorrow on Carrolls Road. On Monday, crews will move to Modrow Road near Kalama.

Drivers should expect delays of up to 10 minutes in these work zones.
