The City of Longview announced yesterday that they have appointed Lisa Wolff as their new Finance Director.

Wolff comes to the role with over two decades of experience in municipal finance, including 18 years in various roles with the City of Longview.

City Manager Jennifer Wills said filling this long-vacant position was important, stating, “Bringing on a dedicated Finance Director was a key priority for the city and City Council in the last budget cycle. Strong financial leadership is critical to ensuring long-term fiscal stability, responsible budgeting, and transparency for our community.”

Wolff most recently served as the city’s Fiscal Manager, where she oversaw the biennial budget, capital improvement planning, and financial analysis.

Wolff will officially start the role on Saturday.
