A section of North 1st Avenue will be closed today and tomorrow for major road construction. The closure will affect the 600 to 800 blocks, from Crawford Street to Burcham Street.

Access to the area will be unavailable for both travel and parking during the work. Vehicles left on the roadway after 7 a.m. today will be towed at the owner’s expense.
