The City of Longview utility crews will be flushing water mains today in the Broadway area and downtown Longview.

Work will be happening between 15th Avenue and the Cowlitz River, from Ocean Beach Highway to California Way, until 4:30 p.m.

Flushing can stir up sediment that can enter residential plumbing, so it is recommended that after flushing, you run water before consuming it or washing clothes.
