A Kelso City Council member was hospitalized yesterday after an incident outside Lower Columbia CAP.

Jim Hill was reportedly taken in following some kind of altercation in the parking lot. At this point, details on what exactly happened have not been confirmed, and Hill’s current condition is not known.
