The 20th Avenue Bridge on Lake Sacajawea will be closed this week to vehicle traffic as repairs are being done to the bridge.

A collision recently damaged the railing, which previously briefly closed the roadway as a temporary fix was put into place.

The closure, which will last until Friday, won’t prevent pedestrians from walking across the bridge on the west sidewalk. The footpath under the north side of the bridge will remain closed, however.
