    Friday:

    Enter a world of wonder at the Realms Unknown Festival! From Friday through Sunday at the Lewis River Golf Course in Woodland, it’s epic entertainment, interactive experiences, an artisan market, feasts and drinks, magic and mystery.

    The Knights of Columbus are doing their Hamburger Feeds before all the home Kelso football games at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. All proceeds will go to the Clothes for Kids Fund.

    Live jam with an open mic and a lot of dancing. It’s every 1st, 3rd, and 5th Friday at the Catlin Grange, always starting at 6 p.m.

    Catch comedian Amy Barnes at the Roxy Theatre: Friday at 7 p.m. Doors at 6:30 p.m.

    Saturday:

    The Cowlitz County Farmers Market is every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the parking lot of the Cowlitz County Fairgrounds.

    The 1414 Club is doing their 9th annual Poker Run this Saturday. $20 bucks per rider. Kickstands up at 10 a.m., BBQ at noon at the 1414 Club, 1414 12th Ave. in Longview.

    The 60th annual Rock and Gem Show is Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Cowlitz County Event Center. Come for door prizes, vendors, food, auctions, demonstrations, blacklight displays, gifts and free family fun.

    Extreme Machines is back: Saturday at the Cowlitz County Expo Center’s large field. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., this is a FREE family-friendly event with cool and gnarly vehicles and equipment, plus a 40-foot inflatable obstacle course, giant slide and great food.

    The Garden Club Fall Plant Sale is Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Clatskanie Farmers Market in Copes Park. All proceeds will go back into the community.

    Enjoy a Pop-Up Market at Kalama’s Mountain Timber Market. Every third weekend of the month from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, browse unique, handcrafted goods and support talented local artists while you shop the other local shops. This week is also Apple Week at the Market, so enjoy free apple cider and tastings.

    The Rainier Historical Museum presents their “Logging Event” this Saturday, from noon to 4 p.m. Special guests Dave Parsons and Jerry Kelly will talk historic logging, with equipment and models on display.

    The Coats for Kids TAP TAKEOVER is Saturday, 3 to 9 p.m. at Explorer Brewing. Hosted by IAFF 3828 (the union for Cowlitz Firefighters), this event will raise money for the Coats for Kids program, which gives coats to less fortunate kids in the area. Come enjoy food, beer and raffles! $20 entry for a mug and 2 drinks.

    Rock with friends at the ultimate throwback show! That Tribute Show at the Columbia Theatre from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday will feature incredible tributes to Ozzy Osbourne, Poison, Van Halen, Pat Benatar, Billy Idol, Shania Twain, and AC/DC. Tickets are just $25 at the ColumbiaTheatre.com or at the door.

    The Cowlitz Coin Club meets at 7 p.m. on the third Saturday of each month at the Kelso Senior Center.

    Sunday:

    The Castle Rock Sunday Market runs 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Sunday from May to October (weather depending), right at Haircut Express in Castle Rock.
