The Longview Pioneer Lions have their annual kettle/caramel corn and cotton candy sale going. Each bag is $8. They will be outside of the Safeway on Ocean Beach Highway each Friday from 10am to 4pm through May. All money raised stays LOCAL to help with disaster relief, childhood cancer, diabetes, hunger, vision, and several others.
The End of Daze Celebration is the final weekend of live music at Erebus in Kelso. On Friday from 5 to 10pm it is open to all ages, with a $10 entry and many live performances, including by Souls Worn Thin and the Blackout Kings. On Saturday from 5 to 10pm it’s 21+ only, with a $15 entry and live music.

The Cowlitz Community Farmers Market is back! Every Saturday, 9am-2pm in the parking lot across from the Fairgrounds on 7th Avenue.
The Mi Familia Swap Meet runs every Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 4pm, at 1525 Broadway St. in Longview.
Another Market in the Merk will be on Saturday from 10am-4pm. This one, titled “April Artisans,” features over 15 local artisans, live music, coffee, tea, a raffle, and store promos! The Merk is located at 1339 Commerce Ave.
The 13th Annual Rainier Revisited, hosted by the Rainier High School History Club, is back this Saturday from 10am-4pm. This is a living history reenactment of Rainier and local history. It’s at the Beaver Homes Grange. Bring one can of food for donation to H.O.P.E.
The Longview Spring Dark Market will be Saturday, 11am-6pm, and Sunday, 11am-5pm, at the Cowlitz County Event Center.
“Karen’s 9th Annual Easter Egg Hunt and Vendor Market” is back at Riverside Park THIS Saturday, April 19th. This year it’s a donation of $5.00 per carload, with proceeds going to “Community Connections of Oregon.” There will be three different egg hunts, depending on ages. 0-4-year-olds will hunt at Noon. 5-8-year-olds at 1pm and 9-12-year-olds at 2pm. Tons of candy and prizes, plus the Easter Bunny.
It’s a big Easter Egg Hunt plus food, games, and other fun at the Wahkiakum County Fairgrounds: Saturday at 11am. At this event by the Wahkiakum Lions Club, there will be three divisions: kids ages 0-3, 4-7, and 7-11.
Paint eggs at the Kelso Public Library! Saturday 2-3pm. While supplies last. This event is free!
The Cowlitz Coin Club meets at 7pm on the third Saturday of each month at the Kelso Senior Center.
