A St. Helens man has been arrested for allegedly possessing child pornography.
The St. Helens Police Department says that 36-year-old Isaac Reynolds was arrested at the beginning of this month. Then this week, he was charged with 20 counts of first-degree encouraging child sex abuse.
The investigation began after the department received a tip that Reynolds was in possession of child pornography. A search warrant was executed at Reynolds’ home on April 1st, and multiple items of evidence were seized. Officers also obtained a separate warrant to search the digital devices that were confiscated.
The investigation is ongoing. Police are asking anyone with information about Reynolds or his online activities to call them at 503-397-1521.
