April 14, 2025Local anglers have some good news: you’ll get three more days this week to fish for spring Chinook on the Columbia River.
These extra days were approved after the Oregon and Washington Departments of Fish and Wildlife met last week to review catch data. The season initially closed on April 7, then reopened over the weekend. It will open again from tomorrow through Thursday.
The open area stretches from Buoy 10 at the mouth of the Columbia River to Bonneville Dam.
