The official results are in for the February 11th Special Election. The Castle Rock School District Educational Program and Operations Replacement Levy passed by a solid margin, with 222 more “yes” votes than “no” votes. A total of 1,520 people voted “yes,” while 1,298 voted “no.”

This measure is replacing the current expiring levy. The approximate levy rate will be $1.72 per $1,000 of assessed property value in 2026, $1.75 in 2027, and $1.79 in 2028.
