April 16, 2025In just under two weeks, PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center will have a new leader.
Elva Sipin will take on the role of chief operating officer, succeeding Jake Childs, who left the position in January.
Sipin brings extensive experience with PeaceHealth. For the past nine months, she has served as the interim chief operating officer at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, in addition to her role as system vice president for clinical services and operations. Prior to that, she spent four years as the vice president of operations at PeaceHealth Sacred Heart at RiverBend in Springfield, Oregon.
With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, Sipin has held leadership and clinical roles throughout her career.
