Water main flushing is starting once again today in Longview. Today, it will take place in the Olympic East and West Areas, between 33rd Avenue and Nichols Boulevard, from Ocean Beach Highway to Washington Way. The work will begin at 6 a.m. and is expected to be completed by 4:30 p.m.

During the flushing process, sediment may stir up and enter residential plumbing. As a precaution, residents are advised to refrain from using water during this time.
