A Woodland man was injured last evening in a DUI crash on Lewis River Road.

Medix responded around 5:18 p.m. and transported 33-year-old Derrick Oconner to PeaceHealth Southwest Hospital.

According to the Washington State Patrol report, Oconner was driving a Nissan Altima northbound at milepost 50 when he left the roadway and hit a tree. The car then rolled before coming to a stop on its roof.

Oconner has been charged with driving under the influence.
