April 15, 2025The City of Longview is hosting what it’s calling a “Stakeholder Summit” this evening. The event is designed for businesses, schools, nonprofits, and service organizations to engage with the city on how to improve collaboration.
The summit follows two recent citizen summits, where residents shared their vision for Longview’s future with city council members and staff.
The Stakeholder Summit will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. at the McClelland Arts Center, located at 951 Delaware Street. The goal is to have an open conversation about how the city can better engage, remove obstacles, and strengthen partnerships.
Mayor Spencer Boudreau said, “We heard loud and clear from our residents that Longview has incredible potential, but they see gaps in communication and collaboration. The Stakeholder Summit is an opportunity to bridge those gaps by engaging with the organizations that make Longview thrive.”
RSVP is not required, but it is encouraged. You can sign up on the City of Longview’s website.
