The City of Longview is looking for residents interested in volunteering for city boards and commissions, with upcoming openings at the end of this year and in 2027.

The openings include the Planning Commission, Parks and Recreation Board, Library Board, Historic Preservation Commission, and Accessibility Advisory Committee, among others.

Residents can view current and upcoming vacancies, check eligibility, and apply through the city’s website at mylongview.com under the “Your Government” tab. Residents can also submit applications for boards without current openings to be considered if a vacancy occurs.
