March 31, 2025Two arrests were made in Castle Rock yesterday morning on firearms and drug charges.
Corporal Jeff Gann reports that at around 8:30 a.m., officers responded to the area of Mallory Street NE and Fowler Lane NE, right next to the dike, for a report of an occupied suspicious vehicle. After making contact, probable cause arose, and a juvenile male was arrested for possession of drugs and making false statements to police. He was later turned over to a parent.
During the investigation, 23-year-old Edin Fallon of Castle Rock was contacted and found to be on Washington State DOC supervision. Washington DOC officers responded, and during their investigation, she was found to be in possession of a firearm, even though it is illegal for her to have one. It was also discovered that the firearm had been stolen out of Portland earlier this year.
Fallon was taken into custody and booked into the Cowlitz County Jail on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a stolen firearm, as well as additional DOC violations.
