A Toledo man has been arrested in connection with the Winlock double homicide case from late last month.
Around 10 p.m. on Friday, 35-year-old Robert Chandler Jr. was booked into the Lewis County Jail on two counts of second-degree murder.

One of the two individuals found dead has been identified by the Lewis County Coroner’s Office as 51-year-old Kimberly Torres of Winlock. The other body has yet to be positively identified.

The two were found on the night of February 25th at a residence on the 400 block of Byham Road. The Lewis County Sheriff’s Office said in a release, “This case remains active, and due to the nature of the investigation, no further information is being released at this time.”
