April 11, 2025(Longview, WA) — The drama continues with former Woodland Mayor and Washington State Patrol Trooper Will Finn. He and his wife Heather were accused of theft by a former partner in a property management business.
The Daily News reports, the Finns were accused of stealing around $20,000, and the Cowlitz County Sheriff’s Office is suggesting the Finns be charged with first- and second-degree theft, but the Lewis County prosecutors, who were given the case, have not brought charges as of Wednesday.
In a separate investigation run by Thurston County Sheriff’s Office, Finn faces allegations that he deleted public records from a city-issued cell phone while serving as Woodland Mayor. That sheriff’s office suggested Finn be charged with the felony of destroying public records, but no charges were filed as of Wednesday in this case either.
