Local Woman Got The Price Right
(Longview, WA) — If you were watching the Price is Right on Thursday, you may have seen a familiar face.
Victoria Cologme-Carr of Longview was called at the top of the show. Then about halfway through, she earned her way to the stage by guessing the closest to the retail price of a pickleball package, then won a $10,000 trip to Costa Rica!
And all of this happened on her birthday, too (yes, it was recorded on February 13th, Victoria’s birthday).
Cologme-Carr told KLOG news “My husband has always been super supportive, and I felt so bad afterwards when I realized I didn’t hug him or anything! But they warn you that once you’re called you pretty much black out and I can confirm that happened! It was overwhelming and exciting.
“ I’m just super blessed to have had the opportunity and am excited to go on my trip to Costa Rica, said Cologme-Carr.
Local Woman Looking For Love on TV
(Longview, WA) — A local woman is looking for love and she’s sharing her search on national TV. 24-year-old Bailee Williams-Wallace is a contestant on the Fox show “Farmer Wants A Wife”.
Williams-Wallace attended Three Rivers Christian School and played one season of volleyball at Lower Columbia College in 2019.
Williams-Wallace told TDN reporter Nick Morgan that people are constantly asking what’s going to happen in the show, but she has agreed to a non disclosure clause.
Episode four of the show’s third season was Thursday night. The farmer bachelor featured in the show is 28-year-old Colton Hendricks, a divorced single farmer from Mena, Arkansas. So far, the relationship has shown some progress as they were filmed during outings around the cattle farm.
Farmer Wants A Wife airs at 9 pm on Fox, KPTV channel 12 on Thursdays. The show was taped last fall.
