An arrest has been made following a narcotics investigation in Kelso.
The Cowlitz County Sheriff’s Office says that on Saturday, their Crime Reduction Team, along with the Kelso PD and the Lower Columbia SWAT Team, served a search warrant at 1106 Riverside Drive in Kelso, right along the train tracks.
The warrant came after investigators learned that 46-year-old Dave Peckham had been actively selling and distributing large quantities of narcotics. The search uncovered a pistol without a serial number, a suppressed AR-style rifle, six additional firearms, 3.68 pounds of methamphetamine, three ounces of cocaine, $12,200 in cash, and digital scales and small zip-lock bags.
Peckham was booked into the Cowlitz County Jail on charges including two counts of possession with intent to deliver, possession of an undetectable or untraceable firearm, and a dangerous weapons violation. His bail has been set at $185,000.
