The Kelso Police are seeking help from the public in identifying an individual.

He was reportedly caught on a citizen’s door camera masturbating sometime on Sunday. He allegedly walked up, pulled down his pants, and soiled a pumpkin that had been sitting in front of the door.

The incident occurred near Mill Street by the Three Rivers Mall.

The individual appears to be a white male wearing a light gray hoodie. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Kelso Police Department.
