Tower Road drivers should expect delays this morning and afternoon as girders are being delivered for the new bridge.

The Cowlitz County Department of Public Works says that three girders will be delivered at 8:30 a.m. and then two more at 12:30 p.m. Delays of up to 20 minutes may occur during each delivery. Pilot vehicles and law enforcement will be in the area assisting traffic.
