March 14, 2025Cindy Ann Crandall: December 11, 1957 – March 11, 2025
ST. HELENS- It is with deep sadness that we announce the untimely passing of Cindy Ann Crandall, age 67, on March 11, 2025. She was involved in a head-on collision on Cornelius Pass Road, having been pronounced deceased on the scene.
Cindy was born in St. Helens, OR on December 11, 1957. She spent her entire life living in St. Helens, where she graduated from St. Helens High School, married and raised her children. She is survived by her 4 siblings, Jan, Donna, Joe, and Rayette. She also leaves behind her husband, Rick, and two children, Jeremy with wife Alanna, and Lyndsey with husband Jesse.
In retirement from her long standing employment with Safeway Cindy’s main focus had been spending time and traveling with family. She also leaves behind four beautiful grandchildren; Barrett, Gabriella, Samuel, and Nathaniel. She immensely enjoyed caring for, spoiling, and spending time with them even if it meant writing letters as pen pals or FaceTiming with them regularly. Commonly referred to as Memaw, her kindness, caring nature, and overall joy for life will be missed by all.
If you had the opportunity to know Cindy you know what a devastating loss this is for our family and community. In lieu of sending flowers, please take a moment to tell your loved ones how much you care for them.
Her service will be held at Columbia Memorial Garden at 11 o’clock on March 18th and attendance is open for all. A reception will follow at location TBA.
