A motorcyclist successfully eluded police officers yesterday afternoon in Kelso.

Law enforcement first reported that they were trying to stop the bike for speeding and lacking a license plate on I-5 Northbound near Kelso Drive around 2 p.m. The rider was reportedly traveling at speeds exceeding 100 miles per hour. They continued at high speeds all the way to Exit 40, took the exit, and continued toward Huntington Middle School.

After this, officers terminated their pursuit. The rider was last seen near Columbia Heights Road around 2:10 p.m. They are wanted for felony eluding.
