The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office will be closed today from 11:30am to 2pm in honor of Detective Dave Peabody.

Peabody is returning after 25 years of full-time service and 30 years of total service to the citizens of Columbia County. The closure will allow staff to take part in recognizing his decades of dedication to the department and the community.
