A pedestrian was injured last evening after reportedly being hit by a vehicle in West Kelso.
The incident was reported to Cowlitz 911 around 8:25 p.m. at the intersection of Catlin Street and SW 4th Avenue, near Cascade Electric and Plumbing. First responders on the scene reported that the pedestrian was down in the roadway and that the incident was blocking both lanes.
Within just a few minutes, the pedestrian was taken by ambulance to St. John Medical Center with undisclosed injuries. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
