Tonight, some of the coldest temperatures of the year are expected. As a reminder, a severe weather shelter in Longview is open. The shelter operates each night when nightly lows drop below 33 degrees for at least two consecutive nights at the McClelland Arts Center. It is run by the Salvation Army and is open from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m.
