A new restaurant is opening in downtown Kelso: the Kelso Bistro.

They have their grand opening today. They are an inspired American kitchen with a twisted fusion of American and Tuscan cuisines, including pastas, bread, steaks, and seafood.

They are located at 300 South Pacific Avenue.
