Time is ticking to get those 2026 second-half property taxes in.
Because October 31st falls on a Saturday this year, the due date has been extended to Monday, November 2nd.
Tax statements were mailed to property owners in mid-February. If you need assistance with the amount, you can visit the Cowlitz County Treasurer’s website or contact the Treasurer’s Office. Payments may be made online, by mail, by phone, via drop box, or in person at the Treasurer’s Office. Mailed payments must be postmarked no later than November 2nd to avoid interest charges.
The Treasurer’s Office in Kelso is located at 207 4th Avenue North. It is open Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
